Today marks another major milestone in the history of U.S. Lines, with the announcement of our acquisition by the CMA CGM Group. The Group acquired USL's liner services in the following four trades:

• USA to/from Australia & New Zealand
• Hong Kong/South China to US West Coast (Los Angeles & Oakland)
• Trans-Tasman from New Zealand to Australia
• Australia/New Zealand to Hong Kong/South China

We are proud to be part of the CMA CGM Group and feel this will be a good strategic fit for our company, and for our valued customers and vendors. The financial stability and strength we will now enjoy as part of the third largest global carrier will ensure our ability to deliver excellent service, and to grow our business.         

Going forward USL will combine with ANL and will operate as ANL-USL for all services to/from the United States. Together we will provide a very comprehensive range of services for our valued customers.
