Effective April 1, 2010, the floating BAF will be implemented as follows:

To USWC ports or IPI via USWC
US $294 per 20 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $368 per 40 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $414 per 40 high cube and high cube reefer
US $466 per 45 high cube

To USEC ports or RIPI via USEC
US $582 per 20 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $727 per 40 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $818 per 40 high cube and high cube reefer
US $920 per 45 high cube

For customers with rates already inclusive of first quarter 2010 BAF, the incremental increase will be added to current rates. The incremental level will be:

To USWC ports or IPI via USWC
US $16 per 20 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $20 per 40 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $22 per 40 high cube and high cube reefer
US $26 per 45 high cube

To USEC ports or RIPI via USEC
US $31 per 20 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $38 per 40 std container, open top, flat rack & reefer
US $43 per 40 high cube and high cube reefer
US $48 per 45 high cube
