United States East Coast, to all destinations in the Middle East Gulf and India Subcontinent

Dear Customer,

Effective June 15th, 2010, US Lines will implement a General Rate Increase (GRI) for exports from United States East Coast, to all destinations in the Middle East Gulf and India Subcontinent as follows:

Tariff & Contract rates for all commodities will adjust by:

US EAST COAST PORTS TO MIDDLE EAST PORTS
USD $150 / 20’ container (all types)
USD $200 / 40’ container (all types)

US EAST COATS PORTS TO INDIA SUBCONTINENT
USD $200 / 20’ container (all types)
USD $250 / 40’ container (all types)

This increase will cover cargo moving under both tariff rates and service contracts, and will be applied on all export shipments upon receipt of cargo (all types of commodities including refrigerated cargo) at store door, rail ramp or port delivery as of June 15TH, 2010.
